With a Master’s degree in Information Systems and 15+ years of experience in Manufacturing and Education and software development, Morgan brings a unique perspective to IT support. He doesn't just resolve the ticket; he explains the "why".
As a certified CompTIA Network+ and Microsoft Azure (AZ-900) professional, Morgan combines high-level technical certification with the practical, "get-it-done" mentality required in the manufacturing world. He was also certified as a Google Cloud Associate, yet hosts this site on AWS.
